Binance.Us Ceo Brian Shroder Resigns as Embattled Exchange Cuts Third of Staff

Binance.US has reduced its staff by approximately a third, equating to 100 positions. Additionally, the company’s president and CEO, Brian Shroder, has left the firm.

A Binance.US spokesperson confirmed layoffs and Shroder’s exit, stating the moves provide “over seven years of financial runway” as it transitions to a crypto-only exchange.

Apple Unveils Iphone 15

Apple has released its newest iteration of it’s most used product, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Following the recent earthquake that struck Morocco, Binance Charity, the charitable division of the global cryptocurrency exchange Binance, allocated up to $3 million in its native Binance Coin (BNB) tokens to those severely impacted by the disaster.

Similarly,, After the catastrophic floods that plunged Libya into chaos, Binance pledged to distribute Binance Coin (BNB) tokens, with a total value of up to $500,000, to users residing in Libya.

Soulja Boy and Austin Mahone lose Market Manipulation case to SEC

American Rapper, Soulja Boy and Singer, Austin Mahone, has lost a crypto market manipulation lawsuit against the SEC.

The Lawsuits alleged that the US superstars had accepted and failed to reveal a huge sum for promoting Justin Sun’s Tron. Both musicians have been fined hefty sums while Sun is yet to answer to his own suit.

In the final Judgment, Mahone was ordered to pay $45,724 to the SEC while Soulja Boy was given a default judgement after failing to respond to the suit.

Rep. Tom Emmer Re-introduces anti-CBDC bill to Congress

Representative Tom Emmer has reintroduced legislation to prevent unelected bureaucrats in Washington from issuing a central bank digital currency CBDC.

On Sep. 12, Emmer and 49 co-sponsors revived the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act in the U.S. House of Representatives, aiming to safeguard Americans’ financial privacy rights.
